Customer check in and launching a class

Check In

Customers are required to check-in to access the link to join you online. This registers their attendance to the class and will show how many bookings you have for the class in the ‘check-in’ area of your portal under ‘Today's bookings’.

Any member not checked in will be marked as a no show, which you can read more on under ‘No shows & Late cancellations’.

Launching a class

If you are integrated with Zoom, when it is time to begin your class log in to your portal and from the ‘Customer Check In’ section, click the button that says ‘Start Live Stream’ next to your class - this will launch Zoom and will begin your class - just make sure you're logged into the correct Zoom account before launching.
